OTAKU is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, demand, or carrier delays.
OTAKU is not responsible for:
- Delayed shipments
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Carrier-related issues outside of our control
6. FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the collectible nature of OTAKU products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement if available.
