All orders are processed after purchase.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped.

Processing times may increase during high-demand periods, including new drops.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

OTAKU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

OTAKU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by OTAKU.


8. FINAL SALE NOTICE

All OTAKU products are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
