Each OTAKU piece is produced as a limited collectible and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once purchased.

We do not offer returns for sizing, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement if available.

OTAKU does not restock or reproduce sold-out pieces. Once an item is gone, it is gone permanently.
